溫子龍,,生命科學(xué)學(xué)院講席教授,,博士生導(dǎo)師,。
1986年畢業(yè)于第一軍醫(yī)大學(xué) (現(xiàn)改為南方醫(yī)科大學(xué))臨床醫(yī)學(xué)系, 1997年獲洛克斐勒大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,,之后在斯坦福醫(yī)學(xué)院Irving Weissman實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事博士后研究,。1999年至2022年,,先后任新加坡農(nóng)業(yè)生物學(xué)院和新加坡分子與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所研究組長(zhǎng),、香港科技大學(xué)副教授、教授,,2022年加入南方科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,。
研究領(lǐng)域:
造血或血細(xì)胞形成是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的生物過(guò)程,產(chǎn)生十幾種功能不同的血細(xì)胞,,這一過(guò)程的失調(diào)會(huì)導(dǎo)致多種人類(lèi)疾病,,包括癌癥和自身免疫疾病。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要利用斑馬魚(yú)作為模式生物研究:(1)造血干細(xì)胞的發(fā)育和分化以及造血干細(xì)胞與微環(huán)境的相互作用,;(2)巨噬細(xì)胞和樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞發(fā)育和組織特化的調(diào)控機(jī)理,;(3)免疫細(xì)胞在器官衰老和組織再生過(guò)程的作用及機(jī)理;(4)免疫細(xì)胞在黑色素細(xì)胞瘤發(fā)生及轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用及機(jī)理,。
