周菲遲博士現(xiàn)任南方科技大學(xué)深港微電子學(xué)院副教授,、正高級(jí)研究員,、博士生導(dǎo)師,國(guó)家級(jí)海外高層次人才(青年項(xiàng)目),,國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃青年項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家,深圳市海外高層次人才(孔雀B類), 香港青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)獲得者,。主要領(lǐng)域包括:感存算一體化新型信息器件(光控阻變存儲(chǔ)器,、神經(jīng)形態(tài)感算器件)與系統(tǒng)、新原理憶阻器及神經(jīng)形態(tài)計(jì)算系統(tǒng),、智能仿生多模態(tài)感算器件/系統(tǒng),、感存算三維集成系統(tǒng)。周菲遲博士至今已在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域取得多項(xiàng)突破性進(jìn)展及首創(chuàng)性成果,,發(fā)表論文30余篇,,被引用2400余次,其相關(guān)研究成果以第一/通訊作者發(fā)表在多個(gè)國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊,,包括Nature Nanotechnology(ESI高被引),,Nature Electronics(ESI高被引),Nature Communications,,ACS Nano,,Nano Letters, Advanced Functional Materials,,Research等,,研究成果被 Nature community和多家國(guó)內(nèi)外媒體邀請(qǐng)報(bào)道。獲香港青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)(物理/數(shù)學(xué),,僅一名),,香港創(chuàng)新及科技基金博士后基金、International Symposium on Memory Devices for Abundant Data Computing最佳會(huì)議論文獎(jiǎng),、IEEE ED/SSC會(huì)議論文獎(jiǎng)及最佳博士論文獎(jiǎng)等多個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),。主持科技部國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃青年科學(xué)家項(xiàng)目、國(guó)自然面上項(xiàng)目,、國(guó)自然青年基金,、廣東省面上項(xiàng)目,、深圳市面上項(xiàng)目、廣東省青年創(chuàng)新人才項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目,。成立深港微電子學(xué)院-犀靈視覺神經(jīng)形態(tài)感存算芯片聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室,。擔(dān)任中國(guó)光電產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺(tái)專家委員會(huì)理事,擔(dān)任InfoMat,, Materials Futures,,Nano-micro Letters等期刊青年編委,擔(dān)任Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Letters等多個(gè)期刊審稿人,。更多詳情見個(gè)人主頁(yè)https://faculty.sustech.edu.cn/zhoufc/
