個人簡介:
梁征宇2012年本科畢業(yè)于華中科技大學(xué)生物信息技術(shù)專業(yè),,2018年博士畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)生物學(xué)專業(yè)(導(dǎo)師張奇?zhèn)ソ淌冢?018-2023年于加州大學(xué)圣地亞哥分校細胞與分子醫(yī)學(xué)系從事博士后研究(導(dǎo)師付向東教授),,于2023年4月全職回國加入南方科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,擔任助理教授,,博士生導(dǎo)師,,獨立課題組長(PI)。
梁征宇博士致力于功能基因組學(xué)的研究,,運用生物信息學(xué)及細胞和分子生物學(xué)方法,,研究基因組三維空間結(jié)構(gòu)、基因轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控,、RNA代謝及功能等系列科學(xué)問題,,特別是研究腫瘤中染色體外DNA(extrachromosomal DNA)的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,以第一作者(含共同)身份在Cell,、Circulation,、Nature Communication、Cell Reports等國際期刊上發(fā)表研究論文多篇,。
