個人簡介:

石照應(yīng),2022年博士畢業(yè)于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學生物醫(yī)學工程專業(yè),,2023年1月加入南方科技大學,,歷任高級研究學者,、研究助理教授,。主要研究方向為胚胎合子基因組激活機制研究,、三維基因組高階結(jié)構(gòu)解析,、基因編輯方法開發(fā)與優(yōu)化,,以熱帶爪蛙為模型進行疾病模型構(gòu)建。已在Nature Genetics,,PNAS,,Cell Reports 等雜志發(fā)表多篇研究論文。


研究領(lǐng)域:

1. 調(diào)控合子基因組激活的母源因子鑒定,;

2. 胚胎雜交致死的機制研究,;

3. 全基因組調(diào)控元件的功能性鑒定;

4. 調(diào)控爪蛙再生能力的機制研究,;

5. 基因編輯技術(shù)的開發(fā)與優(yōu)化,。
