趙健,,南方科技大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生及應(yīng)急管理學(xué)院助理教授、副研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師,,入選深圳市高層次人才計(jì)劃,。主要研究方向包括:(1)基于大規(guī)模隊(duì)列研究探究生命早期暴露對(duì)全生命周期健康的影響,;(2)分子流行病學(xué)研究中多組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)的因果推斷和整合分析(如孟德?tīng)栯S機(jī)化),;(3)復(fù)雜疾病的藥物新靶點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn),。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金-面上項(xiàng)目,、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金-國(guó)際(地區(qū))合作研究與交流項(xiàng)目,、深圳市醫(yī)科院醫(yī)學(xué)專項(xiàng)基金項(xiàng)目、中英國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目(英方PI)和上海交通大學(xué)卓越公共衛(wèi)生人才培養(yǎng)等項(xiàng)目,,并作為研究骨干參與歐洲研究委員會(huì)(ERC),、英國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院(NIHR)、David Telling Charitable Trust資助項(xiàng)目和上海市科委國(guó)際科技合作項(xiàng)目,。

截至目前,,共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇,其中包括以第一或者通訊作者身份發(fā)表在Journal of Hepatology, Lancet-eBioMedicine, BMC Medicine, J Clin Endoc Metab, Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, Human Reproduction, Liver International等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)權(quán)威期刊,,并擔(dān)任BMC Medicine, Scientific Reports編委及包括Journal of Hepatology,、Diabetes Care、International Journal of Epidemiology,、Fertility and Sterility,、Diabetologia、Computers in Biology and Medicine等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)權(quán)威SCI學(xué)術(shù)期刊的審稿人和review editor,。
