曾玉強博士,,南方科技大學深港微電子學院助理教授(副研究員),,博士生導師。在2013年取得華中科技大學學士學位,,并于2018年獲得美國普渡大學博士學位(博士導師:Amy Marconnet),,加入南科大前在美國勞倫斯伯克利國家實驗室任博士后研究員,,合作導師為美國國家工程院院士Ravi Prasher,。課題組聚焦高集成度器件及系統(tǒng)的熱測量與熱管理研究,,主要方向包括微納電子器件散熱,電池智能熱管理,,微納尺度熱傳感,,電子封裝與異質(zhì)集成等。以第一作者或合作作者于Nature Energy, Nature Nanotechnology, Joule, Nature Commun.(3篇) 和Int. J. Heat Mass Transf.等國際高水平期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇,。入選廣東省青年拔尖,,是廣東省創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊核心成員。
