葉濤,,南方科技大學(xué)納米科學(xué)與應(yīng)用研究院(INA)兼電子與電氣工程系教授,、卡內(nèi)基梅隆大學(xué)電子與計算機工程系兼職教授。本科畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)電子工程系,,在美國斯坦福大學(xué)(Stanford)電子工程系獲得博士學(xué)位,。主要研究方向是集成電路、EDA,、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳感器件與柔性電路,、類神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)電路及人工智能芯片等。在集成電路設(shè)計及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域有超過二十年的經(jīng)驗,。
葉濤教授在集成電路設(shè)計及EDA領(lǐng)域有超過二十年的經(jīng)驗,,尤其對定制化芯片(ASIC,Application Specific Integrated Circuit),,混合集成電路(Mix-Signal IC)有著豐富的學(xué)術(shù)界及工業(yè)界的經(jīng)歷,。曾任多個EDA公司和芯片設(shè)計公司的主要研發(fā)成員和研究主管。在Synopsys期間負責(zé)基于Design Ware的ASIC設(shè)計流程開發(fā),。在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)芯片公司Impinj Inc.作為最早的主要研發(fā)人員,,開發(fā)出世界第一款超高頻RFID芯片。后任香港五所政府研發(fā)中心之一的香港物流及供應(yīng)鏈技術(shù)中心(LSCM)研發(fā)總監(jiān),,作為項目負責(zé)人及首席科學(xué)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了多個香港政府創(chuàng)新及科技基金項目,。帶領(lǐng)團隊設(shè)計出國內(nèi)首款微型低功耗的RFID讀寫器芯片,并將RFID和手機移動平臺結(jié)合,,使RFID技術(shù)最終延伸到用戶終端,,在產(chǎn)品防偽、認證,、支付領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生巨大商機,。還參與了EPC Global無線射頻識別技術(shù)的世界標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及協(xié)議的制定及實施過程,首創(chuàng)及開發(fā)了多種物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),,包括RFID核心芯片設(shè)計制作,、和包裝結(jié)合的天線設(shè)計、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)及RFID通信安全,、NFC移動支付等一系列核心技術(shù),。在工業(yè)界及學(xué)術(shù)界都有深厚的合作經(jīng)驗,曾在Synopsys Inc.,,Analog Devices Inc.,,Magma Design Automation Inc.,Silicon Architects及多個硅谷公司擔(dān)任工程負責(zé)及顧問職位,,也是中科院,、香港大學(xué)、香港科技大學(xué)的兼職教授及香港科技大學(xué)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中心的首席科學(xué)家,。擔(dān)任多個國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委員會(ISO)成員,、IEEE及國際學(xué)術(shù)會議主席、國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯及學(xué)術(shù)委員會成員,、以及國際自動識別協(xié)會AIM的專家委員會成員和AIM亞洲分會首席科學(xué)家,。
