葉懷宇博士現(xiàn)任南方科技大學(xué)深港微電子學(xué)院副教授,、博士生導(dǎo)師,。葉博士致力于第三代半導(dǎo)體功率電子器件封裝互聯(lián)新材料開發(fā)及應(yīng)用、熱管理及能源管理,、測(cè)試機(jī)理及應(yīng)用,,高功率高頻率半導(dǎo)體器件非平衡態(tài)熱力學(xué),,新型半導(dǎo)體傳感器及封裝的開發(fā)及應(yīng)用,電子器件模塊及系統(tǒng)中能源管理及可持續(xù)應(yīng)用等方面的研究,。

1,、擔(dān)任EuroSimE,ICEPT,,SSLCHINA及IFWS國(guó)際會(huì)議學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員,;寬禁帶功率半導(dǎo)體技術(shù)藍(lán)圖(ITRW)委員會(huì)委員,曾參與歐盟重大專項(xiàng) ENIAC Joint Undertaking“Consumerizing Solid State Lighting”,,歐洲材料研究院(m2i)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人, (2700萬歐元, 21 European companies & institutes,, such as Philips, CEA-Leti, Cambridge, TUDelft )。

2,、在學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)國(guó)際重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊和國(guó)際會(huì)議論文集上總計(jì)60余篇,,其中SCI論文37篇,2篇ESI-1%高被引用論文,,8篇微電子頂級(jí)雜志IEEE EDL論文,,其中作為第一作者或通訊作者在《期刊引用報(bào)告》一區(qū)(JCR Q1)發(fā)表論文18篇。

3,、首次在國(guó)際上提出應(yīng)用于半導(dǎo)體研究領(lǐng)域的非平衡態(tài)熱力學(xué)研究,,連續(xù)發(fā)表文章在IEEE EDL上,,審稿人評(píng)審意見為"very innovative R&D work",同時(shí)獲得關(guān)于非平衡態(tài)熱力學(xué)熱感研究的首個(gè)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,。

4,、被邀請(qǐng)為IEEE Electric Devices Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, Nanoscale,International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer,,Applied Thermal Engineering等10余個(gè)國(guó)際著名期刊審稿人,。同時(shí)也致力于半導(dǎo)體器件與測(cè)試,傳感器的產(chǎn)業(yè)化,,授權(quán)專利10余項(xiàng),,已實(shí)現(xiàn)了多套設(shè)備的商業(yè)化應(yīng)用,同時(shí)對(duì)863項(xiàng)目起到了有力的支撐作用,。已經(jīng)承擔(dān)國(guó)內(nèi)外科研項(xiàng)目和人才計(jì)劃10余項(xiàng),。
