個人簡介:
曹陽坡, 南方科技大學醫(yī)學院副教授,,博士生導師,,課題組獨立PI。國家級(中組部)高層次青年人才,,深圳市鵬城孔雀特聘專家,。2020年于北京大學醫(yī)學部獲得博士學位,2020年至2023年在美國哈佛醫(yī)學院波士頓兒童醫(yī)院從事博士后研究工作,。他們實驗室利用一系列高通量,、多組學的方法(包括但不限于AAV-MPRA,AAV-Perturb-seq, HiC, HiChIP, snMultiomics, CASAAV, bioChiP-seq等), 重點關(guān)注心臟發(fā)育與心肌病的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控,。近5年,,曹陽坡博士以第一或通訊作者在Circulation、Circ Res,、Nat Cardiovasc Res,、PNAS、Dev Cell,、Cardiovasc Res,、Sci China Life Sci 等領域內(nèi)主流期刊上發(fā)表多篇有影響力的工作。系列研究成果入選美國AHA科學??咙c文章,, Nature CVR 亮點文章,心血管領域頂級期刊Circ Res封面文章,,亮點文章等,。擔任中國粵港澳大灣區(qū)心臟病協(xié)會等多個協(xié)會常委或委員,國內(nèi)外多本SCI期刊審稿人,。
