師資
徐明華,,浙江岱山人,。1999年7月博士畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所,先后在美國弗吉尼亞大學(xué)和喬治敦大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心從事博士后工作研究,,2003年8月加入中國科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所,,2005年入選中國科學(xué)院項(xiàng)目,,7月起任中國科學(xué)院上海藥物研究所研究員,、課題組長、博士生導(dǎo)師,,新藥研究國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究員,。2018年受邀加入南方科技大學(xué),現(xiàn)任化學(xué)系和深圳格拉布斯研究院雙聘教授,。
主要從事有機(jī)不對稱合成及手性藥物方面的研究,研究方向包括:新型手性配體/催化劑的設(shè)計(jì)及不對稱反應(yīng)研究,;生物活性分子的高效合成和小分子藥物發(fā)現(xiàn),;基于疾病診斷的小分子熒光探針研究。
在國內(nèi)外核心學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文130余篇,,多個(gè)工作受到國際國內(nèi)同行的關(guān)注和好評(píng),,被美國化學(xué)會(huì)ACS “Heart Cut” (2次),“Noteworthy Chemistry” (2次),,德國化學(xué)評(píng)論期刊Synfacts (34次),,英國Speciality Chemicals Magazine專欄,JACS Spotlights,,Organic Chemistry Portal,,X-MOL等選為研究亮點(diǎn)報(bào)道;12篇論文被選為期刊封面(其中1篇J.
