劉小龍博士,,南方科技大學深港微電子學院助理教授(副研究員),,博士生導師,。2019年在香港科技大學獲得電子及計算機工程學博士學位,,2019年至2021年在美國硅谷科技公司從事高速接口芯片設計工作,,2021年9月加入南方科技大學深港微電子學院,。他的主要研究方向為硅基射頻/毫米波/太赫茲集成電路設計及高速串行接口技術(shù),,具體包括高性能信號源設計,、毫米波/太赫茲高速無線通信收發(fā)機設計,、高速有線通信收發(fā)機及時鐘分布設計等,。在集成電路設計領域頂級期刊和會議上發(fā)表了多篇學術(shù)論文(包括JSSC、TMTT,、ISSCC,、VLSI、RFIC,、CICC,、ESSCIRC、A-SSCC等),,并受邀撰寫了1部英文專業(yè)書籍的章節(jié),,擔任了多個國際高水平期刊審稿人,獲得IEEE TVLSI 2023年度最佳審稿人獎。
