納米材料制備,、特性分析與應(yīng)用。主要研究金屬氧化物半導(dǎo)體材料,,包括納米結(jié)構(gòu)的制備方法,,材料表面特性和光學(xué)特性的分析,在光電器件的應(yīng)用,,在能源環(huán)境上的應(yīng)用等,。
