研究助理教授

個(gè)人簡介:

陸文琴,,南方科技大學(xué)研究助理教授。2015年本科畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué),2020年博士畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué),2021年加入南方科技大學(xué)生物系翟繼先課題組從事博士后研究并工作至今。主要從事的研究領(lǐng)域有:基于長度長測序技術(shù)研究mRNA poly(A)尾長度調(diào)控機(jī)制,;開發(fā)高通量單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)技術(shù)。近年來以第一或共同作者在Nature Plants, The Plant Cell, Molecular Plant, Molecular Plant Pathology等發(fā)表多篇高水平研究論文。


研究領(lǐng)域:

植物poly(A)尾長度調(diào)控機(jī)制,;高通量單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)方法的研發(fā)。
