袁偉杰,,南方科技大學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與智能制造學(xué)院助理教授(副研究員),博士生導(dǎo)師,。于2019年在北京理工大學(xué)及澳大利亞悉尼科技大學(xué)均獲博士學(xué)位(獲2021年中國電子學(xué)會(huì)優(yōu)秀博士論文獎(jiǎng)),,之后在新南威爾士大學(xué)擔(dān)任博士后研究員,2021年回國加入南方科技大學(xué)電子系,,2023年加入系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與智能制造學(xué)院,。曾于2016年,2018年和2019年分別在奧地利維也納技術(shù)大學(xué),、澳大利亞悉尼大學(xué),、伍倫貢大學(xué)和英國南安普頓大學(xué)從事研究工作。主要研究方向?yàn)闀r(shí)延多普勒域通信范式(正交時(shí)頻空間調(diào)制 OTFS),、智能交通,、下一代移動(dòng)通信(6G)、通信感知一體化(ISAC)等,,目前在Springer Nature出版學(xué)術(shù)專著一部,,在領(lǐng)域頂級(jí)期刊和國際會(huì)議上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100余篇,主持了多項(xiàng)國家,、省,、市級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目和橫向項(xiàng)目,獲批工信部“十四五”規(guī)劃教材1部,。目前擔(dān)任IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking編委,,IEEE Communications Letters編委,EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing編委及評(píng)獎(jiǎng)委員會(huì)委員,,IEEE Communications Magazine,,《中國通信(英文版)》,《電子與信息學(xué)報(bào)》首席客座編輯,,IEEE通信學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)生競(jìng)賽評(píng)選委員會(huì)委員,。擔(dān)任了多個(gè)國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊和學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議的審稿人和技術(shù)程序委員會(huì)(TPC)成員,作為共同主席(Co-Chair)或共同組織者(Co-organizer)在IEEE ICC, ICASSP, WCNC, SPAWC, ICCC, VTC和ACM MobiCom等國際旗艦會(huì)議上牽頭組織了多項(xiàng)專題研討會(huì),、特別分會(huì)和特邀報(bào)告,,是IEEE感知通信一體化新型技術(shù)倡議委員會(huì)(ETI)的創(chuàng)始成員并擔(dān)任會(huì)議工作組組長(zhǎng)。此外,,作為創(chuàng)始主席(Founding Chair)牽頭成立了IEEE通信學(xué)會(huì)OTFS專委會(huì)(IEEE ComSoc OTFS-SIG),,牽頭編寫了IEEE時(shí)延多普勒域通信最佳論文讀物精選,。曾獲IEEE Communications Letters 最佳編委、IEEE Wireless Communications Letters及IEEE Transactions on Communications模范審稿人,、IEEE世界通信大會(huì)(ICC) 2023最佳論文(16/2719),,入選中國科協(xié)第八屆“青年人才托舉工程”及斯坦福大學(xué)全球前2%科學(xué)家,研究成果獲中國發(fā)明協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)明創(chuàng)新一等獎(jiǎng)(第一完成人),、中國通信學(xué)會(huì)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng),、中國衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位協(xié)會(huì)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)。
