王敏博士,深港微電子學(xué)院智能傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)室負(fù)責(zé)人(PI),,副教授,,博士生導(dǎo)師,。2015年畢業(yè)于日本東北大學(xué),獲博士學(xué)位,,之后留校歷任工學(xué)研究科研究員和微系統(tǒng)研究中心助理教授,。2017年加入南方科技大學(xué),主要研究MEMS基智能傳感器的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā),,重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域包括新型紅外熱成像陣列,、壓電能量收集器件和柔性智能電子器件等。
