研究興趣
微納米生物材料, 包括新型納米生物材料研發(fā),,骨水泥材料的制備及評估,,支架材料研發(fā),新型取自海洋天然材料的組織替代材料研發(fā),; 疾病中的細(xì)胞及組織生物微納米力學(xué), 包括生物組織及材料的微納米力學(xué)檢測技術(shù),,疾病發(fā)病過程中細(xì)胞及組織生物力學(xué)的研究,如青光眼疾病中眼角膜力學(xué),,癌癥中的細(xì)胞力學(xué)(白血病,,口腔癌等),關(guān)節(jié)炎中膠原纖維力學(xué),;通過此類研究,,希望能從另一個角度了解疾病的發(fā)病機理,從而對臨床治療及相應(yīng)診療器械研發(fā)提供幫助,; 微納米材料機械表征技術(shù)及制造技術(shù), 包括位移敏感壓痕技術(shù),,原子力顯微鏡壓痕技術(shù),光鑷力學(xué)檢測技術(shù),,基于掃描探針顯微鏡的微納米制造技術(shù)等,。
