孫煜杰,,清華大學(xué)物理系博士。多年使用分子束外延技術(shù),,設(shè)計(jì)并合成低維量子材料體系,,包括高溫超導(dǎo)體、界面超導(dǎo)體,、強(qiáng)關(guān)聯(lián)體系,、組合薄膜庫(kù)和拓?fù)浣^緣體/半金屬等。并利用角分辨光電子能譜(ARPES),、掃描隧道顯微鏡(STM),、輸運(yùn)等各種手段,,研究量子體系的電子結(jié)構(gòu),、物性及其機(jī)理。
