夏思源,2014年畢業(yè)于南開大學(xué),,獲得生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。畢業(yè)后赴美國(guó)Emory大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院血液與醫(yī)學(xué)腫瘤學(xué)系進(jìn)行博士后工作,,后晉升為Associate Research Scientist,。2021年8月全職回國(guó),,加入南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院,,任助理教授,,博士生導(dǎo)師,。研究方向主要集中于腫瘤代謝與腫瘤免疫領(lǐng)域,,研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括代謝物在腫瘤微環(huán)境中的作用,腫瘤代謝通路的調(diào)節(jié)與靶向。在生物化學(xué),,分子生物學(xué),,腫瘤細(xì)胞生物學(xué)與免疫學(xué)方面具有深厚的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。截止目前,,已在Cell Metabolism,、Cancer Discovery、Molecular Cell,、Journal of Immunology等高水平國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表論文24篇,,總引用近800余次,并獲得專利1項(xiàng),。同時(shí),,作為審稿人多次為Journal of Cellular Physiology,Journal of Genetics and Genomics,,Scientific Reports和Oncotarget等雜志審稿,。未來(lái)的研究將主要聚焦于代謝物對(duì)腫瘤微環(huán)境的調(diào)控,構(gòu)建綜合性代謝物文庫(kù),,篩選調(diào)控腫瘤細(xì)胞,、免疫細(xì)胞與基質(zhì)細(xì)胞相互作用的代謝物,明確其作用機(jī)制及靶向策略,,探討其與免疫治療的聯(lián)合應(yīng)用,。
