師資
陳鵬,,南方科技大學(xué)深港微電子學(xué)院副教授。課題組主要從事后摩爾時(shí)代高性能二維半導(dǎo)體信息器件與集成的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā),。至今已在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域取得多項(xiàng)突破性進(jìn)展,,在國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊上發(fā)表論文四十余篇,包括2篇Nature和1篇Science,,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利一項(xiàng),,參與編寫(xiě)書(shū)籍一本。論文共被引用3000余次,,H因子29,。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金高層次青年人才項(xiàng)目、面上項(xiàng)目和深圳市科創(chuàng)委項(xiàng)目,。此外還受邀擔(dān)任多個(gè)雜志審稿人以及基金評(píng)審專家,。更多詳情見(jiàn)個(gè)人主頁(yè)https://faculty.sustech.edu.cn/chenp6/。
