潘天洛，現(xiàn)為南方科技大學(xué)量子科學(xué)與工程研究院研究助理教授。潘天洛于2006年取得上海交通大學(xué)物理系學(xué)士學(xué)位,；2012年取得英國伯明翰大學(xué)物理與天文系博士學(xué)位,。2013年至2014年加入英國伯明翰大學(xué)物理與天文系納米物理研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室作博士后。2014年至2018年加入德國波鴻魯爾大學(xué)化學(xué)與生物化學(xué)學(xué)院物理化學(xué)I作博士后。2018年1月，加入南方科技大學(xué)量子科學(xué)與工程研究院任研究助理教授。
