個人簡介:
馬俊博士2020年6月加入南方科技大學電子與電氣工程系擔任助理教授,主要研究寬禁帶氮化物半導體的MOCVD外延生長,,以及氮化鎵電子器件和發(fā)光器件的設(shè)計制備。在 IEDM,,ISPSD, IEEE EDL,,IEEE TED,,APL等器件領(lǐng)域的國際主流會議和高水平期刊發(fā)表論文50余篇,并擔任IEEE EDL,,IEEE TED,,APL等多個期刊的審稿人。
