逯瑤博士,南方科技大學(xué)深港微電子學(xué)院助理教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,,深圳市特聘崗位,,入選“博新計劃”,。主要研究領(lǐng)域包括新型能源轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù),、自供能可穿戴電子系統(tǒng)及面向芯片散熱的熱電制冷技術(shù)等方面,。以第一/通訊作者在Nature Nanotechnology (ESI highly cited), Energy & Environmental Science (ESI highly cited/hot paper), Materials Today Physics, 等國際重要期刊發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,,授權(quán)半導(dǎo)體領(lǐng)域國家發(fā)明專利7項,,受邀撰寫了1部專業(yè)書籍的章節(jié),。主持包括國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目、博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計劃,、博士后科學(xué)基金面上項目,、廣東省基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)區(qū)域聯(lián)合基金、深圳市優(yōu)秀科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)項目及開放課題等10余項,。擔(dān)任松山湖材料實驗室客座教授,、粵港澳大灣區(qū)國家卓越工程師創(chuàng)新研究院集成電路學(xué)科顧問,擔(dān)任《電子與封裝》期刊編委,、<Materials Futures>, <Materials Lab>, <Rare Metals>等期刊青年編委,,擔(dān)任Nat. Commun., Energy Environ. Sci., J. Mater. Chem. A等知名SCI期刊獨立審稿人,多次出席國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會議作邀請報告,。
