現(xiàn)任南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)系助理教授,,副研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師,PI,。2018年至2022年3月任中國(guó)科學(xué)院深圳先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院副研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師,,PI。2003年獲得新加坡教育部全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金赴新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí),,獲得學(xué)士和博士學(xué)位,。曾在新加坡-麻省理工學(xué)院科研與技術(shù)聯(lián)盟研究所、新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)分子遺傳和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)系進(jìn)行科研工作,。長(zhǎng)期應(yīng)用類器官模型,、原代細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)模型、動(dòng)物模型與臨床樣本,,從事微生物與宿主相互作用機(jī)制的研究,,并與臨床應(yīng)用相結(jié)合進(jìn)行新型診斷和治療方法的開(kāi)發(fā),對(duì)上皮與血管內(nèi)皮物理屏障的保護(hù)與重構(gòu)進(jìn)行了單克隆抗體治療與干細(xì)胞治療的相應(yīng)嘗試,。
長(zhǎng)期從事生物安全防護(hù)三級(jí)(P3級(jí))實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作,,在新冠疫情期間開(kāi)展了多項(xiàng)P3級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究工作,相關(guān)成果陸續(xù)發(fā)表中,。近年以第一作者或通訊作者(含共同)身份發(fā)表SCI論文多篇,,包括Gastroenterology (IF: 22.682), Cell Research (IF: 25.617), Cell Host & Microbe (IF: 31.316), American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine (IF: 21.405), Cell Reports (IF: 9.423), mBio (IF: 6.784), ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces (IF: 9.229)等。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金一項(xiàng),,廣東省自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目基金一項(xiàng),,參與深圳市2020年“新型冠狀病毒感染應(yīng)急防治”深圳市科創(chuàng)委技術(shù)攻關(guān)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng)。曾任中國(guó)科學(xué)院深圳先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院第二屆生物安全委員會(huì)委員,,負(fù)責(zé)病原相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)審批及生物安全制度,、設(shè)施(如P2、P3級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和動(dòng)物房)的建設(shè),,對(duì)P2,、P3級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的實(shí)際實(shí)驗(yàn)操作與設(shè)施建設(shè)、安全制度有10年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),。
相關(guān)應(yīng)用發(fā)明已獲得美國(guó),、歐盟等國(guó)際專利授權(quán),成果得到多國(guó)新聞報(bào)道和日本,、瑞典等國(guó)際藥企合作開(kāi)發(fā),。聯(lián)合國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)院與國(guó)外如日本長(zhǎng)崎大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院(Nagasaki University Hospital),、法國(guó)Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Dijon醫(yī)院、新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)醫(yī)院(National University Hospital)進(jìn)行合作研究,,進(jìn)一步深入研究呼吸道病原體的相關(guān)免疫機(jī)制以及進(jìn)行診斷和治療技術(shù)成果的臨床應(yīng)用,。由此取得了從細(xì)胞及動(dòng)物模型研究、到成果醫(yī)療應(yīng)用,、再到產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)化的整體流程經(jīng)驗(yàn),。本次新冠疫情期間與軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院、深圳市第三人民醫(yī)院,、深圳市疾病預(yù)防控制中心從事新冠病毒感染機(jī)制研究,,使用從鼻、氣管,、肺泡多部位重構(gòu)的呼吸道上皮類器官系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行新冠感染與宿主反應(yīng)機(jī)制研究,,并對(duì)潛在藥物進(jìn)行效果測(cè)試。
