陳濟(jì)雷現(xiàn)任南方科技大學(xué)量子科學(xué)與工程研究院副研究員,，深圳市高層次人才,，獲北京航空航天大學(xué)理學(xué)學(xué)士和工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,，瑞士洛桑聯(lián)邦理工大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者,。主要從事自旋波量子計(jì)算方向的研究,，致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)室溫自旋波量子器件的應(yīng)用,。目前以第一作者（含共同）或通訊作者身份發(fā)表高水平SCI論文20余篇,，含Nat. Nanotechnol.（封面文章）一篇,，Nat. Commun.兩篇,，Phys. Rev. X一篇,，Phys. Rev. Lett.三篇，ACS Nano兩篇,，Nano Lett.一篇等,，第一/通訊作者論文總影響因子之和超過200,，兩篇論文入選ESI高引論文。受邀以通訊作者身份在國際知名期刊Appl. Phys. Rev.等撰寫綜述論文,。擔(dān)任包括Physical Review,，Advanced Materials系列在內(nèi)的多部國際期刊的審稿人。主持或參與多項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金和廣東省自然科學(xué)基金,。
