個人簡介:
胡堅楊博士,南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院生物化學(xué)系研究助理教授,副研究員,。于2020年博士畢業(yè)于香港城市大學(xué),,期間主要研究1)三陰性乳腺癌(TNBC)特異性超級增強子對關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的調(diào)控;2)TCOF1蛋白調(diào)控三陰性乳腺癌的細胞干性,。于香港城市大學(xué)進行博士后訓(xùn)練期間研究外泌體對三陰性乳腺癌轉(zhuǎn)移的影響,。2021年7月加入南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院洪鑫課題組,主要利用循環(huán)腫瘤細胞等模型研究腫瘤細胞的衰老,、轉(zhuǎn)移,。研究的總體目標是為腫瘤的治療提供潛在的藥物靶點。目前已在 Nature communication,,British Journal of Cancer,,Biochemical Pharmacology等期刊發(fā)表13篇科技論文,,總引用大于480,H-index為10,。申請中國專利3項,,美國專利2項。獲國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目,,深圳市科創(chuàng)委-優(yōu)秀科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)項目(青年項目),,中國博士后面上項目以及廣東省海外博士后人才支持項目資助。
