個人簡介
侯圣偉，助理教授（副高）,，博士生導師,，獨立PI,。2018年獲得德國弗萊堡大學生物信息學博士學位,，隨后在南加州大學海洋環(huán)境生物學系進行博士后研究,，2021年加入南方科技大學海洋科學與工程系,。研究方向主要包括海洋微生物時空分布格局,、微生物環(huán)境適應機制及其與元素循環(huán)的關系,、宿主-病毒（尤其是藻病毒）相互作用及其生態(tài)效應等,，旨在通過多組學手段和生物信息學挖掘研究海洋微生物對氣候變化的響應和反饋機制,。侯博士在The ISME J, PNAS, Environ Microbial, RNA Biol等國際高水平期刊已發(fā)表論文20余篇。擔任Frontiers in Microbiology 客座編輯和Frontiers in Marine Science審稿編輯,，也是Nature Microbiology, The ISME J, Microbiome, Nature Communications等雜志審稿人,。
