個(gè)人簡介：
魯昊騁,，南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院助理教授,， 博士生導(dǎo)師,。2014年本科畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè),，2019年于美國密西根大學(xué)獲得生理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2019年5月至2022年4年于美國密西根大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院從事博士后科研工作,，2022年6月加入南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院,。
本課題組綜合運(yùn)用人群遺傳數(shù)據(jù),，高通量測序,，CRISPR篩選等方法，結(jié)合體外實(shí)驗(yàn)和動物模型,，研究心血管疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制,，開發(fā)新的治療靶點(diǎn)。

研究領(lǐng)域：
1. 基于GWAS和多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)心血管疾病的致病基因，結(jié)合體外實(shí)驗(yàn)及動物模型研究其作用機(jī)理,。
2. 利用體內(nèi)RISPR篩選,，挖掘巨噬細(xì)胞參與疾病發(fā)生的重要調(diào)節(jié)基因。
3. 探索新發(fā)現(xiàn)致病基因的轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)價(jià)值,，開發(fā)新的治療靶點(diǎn),。
