背景介紹
夏雨博士畢業(yè)于香港大學(xué)。研究方向集中于: 利用新一代測序技術(shù)與生物信息學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)分析相結(jié)合的手段研究環(huán)境微生物群落組成和協(xié)同作用關(guān)系對(1)生物處理技術(shù)運(yùn)行效率; (2) 致病菌的環(huán)境分布以及抗生素抗性基因在環(huán)境中的遷移轉(zhuǎn)化; (3)環(huán)境物質(zhì)循環(huán)的驅(qū)動機(jī)理和生態(tài)效應(yīng),的影響,。 已在The ISME Journal, Environmental Microbiology, Biotechnology for Biofuels, Environmental Science & Technology 等重要期刊發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,。 曾擔(dān)任美國微生物協(xié)會香港地區(qū)青年大使以及香港大學(xué)研究生協(xié)會常務(wù)秘書長,。
