劉崇炫,,現(xiàn)任南方科技大學(xué)講席教授。長(zhǎng)期從事污染物在地下水和土壤中的遷移,、轉(zhuǎn)化和降解研究,,擅長(zhǎng)運(yùn)用理論、實(shí)驗(yàn)和模擬相結(jié)合的方法研究污染物在環(huán)境中的遷移轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律和設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)水處理和污染修復(fù)技術(shù),。在開發(fā)多尺度流體流動(dòng)和溶質(zhì)遷移模型,,發(fā)展微生物動(dòng)力學(xué)模型以描述物質(zhì)和能量的代謝耦合過程,以及開發(fā)污水處理和土壤污染的微生物修復(fù)技術(shù)和從污水中捕獲去除重金屬和放射性核素納米介孔材料等方面取得了多項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新成果,。已主持和參加20余項(xiàng)美國(guó)和中國(guó)政府資助的科研項(xiàng)目,。總資助額超過1億美元?,F(xiàn)任國(guó)際SCI期刊地球和空間化學(xué)(ACS Earth and Space Chemistry) 副主編,,發(fā)表SCI論文150多篇,其中在環(huán)境科學(xué)和工程領(lǐng)域頂級(jí)期刊《Environmental Science & Technology》發(fā)表論文38篇,,在環(huán)境地球化學(xué)領(lǐng)域頂級(jí)期刊《Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta》發(fā)表論文32篇,,在水資源領(lǐng)域頂級(jí)期刊《Water Resources Research》發(fā)表論文14篇。被SCI期刊引用3,900多次,,H因子38(Google Scholar引用5,800多次,, H因子47)。
