背景介紹
陳國安,，南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院副教授,，研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師,。1986年畢業(yè)于西安交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院醫(yī)療系,，1992年獲西安交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院呼吸專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。1999年獲協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)腫瘤學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。1986至1996年其間就職于西安交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院呼吸內(nèi)科,，先后任住院醫(yī)師和主治醫(yī)師。2000年至2018年在美國密歇根大學(xué)(University of Michigan)醫(yī)學(xué)院先從事腫瘤學(xué)博士后研究,，以后歷任講師,，研究助理教授和研究副教授。主要研究方向是腫瘤分子生物學(xué),，功能基因組學(xué)及生物信息學(xué),。應(yīng)用高通量技術(shù)如蛋白質(zhì)譜，基因表達(dá)芯片,，單核苷酸突變（SNP）芯片,，miRNA芯片以及核苷酸二代測(cè)序等研究肺癌組織及血中蛋白，RNA(包括miRNAs, lncRNA和circRNA),，及DNA的變化并探討其在腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及分子機(jī)理以及其在臨床診斷,，預(yù)后判斷和治療中的價(jià)值。作為項(xiàng)目主持人或主要成員承擔(dān)過省,國家自然科學(xué)基金和美國國家或其他基金研究項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng),。發(fā)表研究論文120余篇,。作為第一作者或通訊作者有60余篇，作為第一作者的單篇論文最高引用超過千次,，論文總引1萬余次,，h-index 57, i10-index 93(Google scholar 2025.01.01),。
