宋愛(ài)民,,南方科技大學(xué)納米科學(xué)與應(yīng)用研究院講席教授,,國(guó)家特聘教授。本科畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)物理系,,于中科院半導(dǎo)體所獲得博士學(xué)位,。先后在英國(guó)格拉斯哥大學(xué)、德國(guó)慕尼黑大學(xué)和瑞典隆德大學(xué)作博士后和客座講師,2002年任英國(guó)曼徹斯特大學(xué)電子工程系講師,,2005年高級(jí)講師,2006年晉升為正教授,。2007年獲曼徹斯特大學(xué)第二屆“年度科學(xué)家”杰出成就獎(jiǎng)?wù)?。研究方向包括新型微納電子器件、氧化物半導(dǎo)體電子學(xué),、薄膜電子顯示屏,、高速電子器件等。發(fā)表SCI論文200余篇,,參與撰寫6部學(xué)術(shù)著作,,受邀在100多個(gè)國(guó)際會(huì)議上做特邀報(bào)告。申請(qǐng)/獲得發(fā)明專利數(shù)十項(xiàng),,部分成果實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)化,。連續(xù)多年入選愛(ài)思唯爾(Elsevier)“中國(guó)高被引學(xué)者”,Stanford全球Top 2% 科學(xué)家,。
