Wang Zhen
Assitant Professor

Dr. Zhen Wang, who received her PhD from South China University of Technology in 2021, joined Southern University of Science and Technology as a postdoctoral researcher in September 2021 and is currently a research assistant professor. Dr. Zhen Wang focuses on novel integrated sense-memory devices and their applications in neuromorphic computing, especially on the design of optically controlled multi-resistance memory devices and their multi-functional applications in the field of edge computing. In recent years, he has published more than 10 academic papers, including 9 papers as the first author or corresponding author, and has been invited to attend academic conferences at home and abroad to make presentations. Participated in 5 projects, including Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Youth/Surface of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Science and Innovation Commission of Shenzhen.
