SHEN Xiangying
Research Associate Scientist
The selector of “Peacock Project” of Shenzhen(Class B)

Dr. Shen Xiangying, got his bachelor and Ph. D. degrees in the Department of physics of Fudan University. After graduation, he engaged in the post-doctoral research in the Department of physics of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In October 2021, he was employed as an research associate professor by the Southern University of science and technology. His research interests include thermal metamaterials, hydrodynamics metamaterials and mechanical metamaterials based on the amorphous networks. He has published more than 20 papers in well-known academic journals such as Nature Materials, Physical Review Letters and Applied physics letters.
